Lyne Raymond

Lyne RaymondLyne Raymond was elected to the board of directors of Dialogue New Brunswick in June 2011.

A graduate of the Université de Montréal and the Université de Moncton, Lyne was called to the Québec Bar in 1993 and to the New Brunswick Bar in 1995. She maintains a private law practice with the firm of Humphrey Matchim Raymond, which is based in Campbellton and has a branch office in her home community of Kedgwick. During her free time, she enjoys activities with her family and volunteering. Lyne currently sits on boards and committees of numerous organizations at the local and provincial levels. One of her most rewarding experiences to date has been the opportunity to serve as vice-president for official languages of the 2003 Bathurst-Campbellton Canada Winter Games Host Society. That organization was ultimately awarded the Lieutenant-Governor’s Prix Dialogue Award for 2004. Lyne was proud to have been able to contribute to the success of this ambitious initiative, which helped to showcase the eagerness of that community’s citizens to embrace and celebrate the linguistic harmony that exists in the region and throughout our province.
