Get a large inflatable beach ball and use a marker to write questions on it.

You can use it in a large group and throw it around. The person who catches it has to answer the question which is under their hand. They then say their name, answer the question and throw it to someone else.

The following questions are simply suggestions. You can add more serious or in-depth questions.
