Carole Fournier, Executive Director

Carole Fournier is the Executive Director of Dialogue New Brunswick since August of 2000.  She holds a Diploma in Business Technology from the New Brunswick Community College in Bathurst. As past Executive Director of Fédération des dames d’Acadie, Carole has worked on various issues such as family violence, dating violence, pay equity, access to advanced education for women, and linguistic duality. Ms. Fournier has close to 20 years of experience in community-based organizations.

Carole has served on various Boards including the Atlantic ECONOMUSÉE Network and the Atlantic Health Sciences Corporation. Carole, her husband Eric and son Yiany currently live in New Maryland.

Kristina White, Administrative Assistant

Kristina White is originally from Bathurst. She moved to Fredericton in 2010 after living and working in Halifax.  She graduated from École secondaire Nepisiguit with honors.

Kristina volunteered during the 2007 opening ceremonies for the New Brunswick Special Olympics which were held in Bathurst.  She enjoys reading and watching movies in her spare time. She also enjoys dancing, which she has done competitively and recreationally for the past 15 years in various styles including jazz, ballet and hip-hop.
