As the only non-profit organization in the province that represents the interests of all New Brunswickers, Dialogue NB is looking for dedicated individuals to join its voluntary Board of Directors. If you like to discuss complex issues facing our province, contribute to the health and well-being of our communities and learn from peers and colleagues, then this is the place for you.

Dialogue NB is currently seeking to fill two (2) positions among the board of directors of Dialogue NB. The mandate is for a 2-year term commencing in January 2020.

Key Considerations

As a Board that is representing the interests of all New Brunswickers, Dialogue NB strives to be reflective of the province’s socio-demographic landscape by ensuring balance in terms of geography, gender and experience, while ensuring inclusivity and diversity.

Priority Areas

The Board is currently focused on establishing a new strategic plan as well as reinforcing the capacities of the organization.  From time to time, different priority areas emerge to support key aspects of its work. At this conjuncture, the Nominations Committee is giving priority to the following areas:

  • Skills/Experience – Individuals with strategic planning, human resources, research, and risk management experience.
  • Geography – Individuals from First Nations communities, Madawaska, Acadian Peninsula, Kent, Saint John, and Central region of New Brunswick.
